alohasoles.com may refuse late or damaged returns. Return multiple items in one box with all return forms (required for refunds).

Only original, undamaged items in original packaging are accepted.

Valid returns get a confirmation email. Refunds (original payment method) within 10 business days; membership coupons/points reactivate. Credit card refunds depend on issuers; timelines may vary.
